Looking for a cooling, hygenic, and durable Gua Sha? Stainless steel is prized by gua sha practitioners as a material that naturally cools as it massages, is easy to clean & non-porous, so mold can't grow below the surface. And it won't crack & break like the more common natural stone materials, making it perfect for travel and in the shower!

Gua sha is believed to reduce inflammation, so it’s often used to treat ailments that cause chronic pain, such as arthritis and fibromyalgia, as well as those that trigger muscle and joint pain. Gua sha is similar to massage, but it focuses directly on increasing blood flow beneath the surface of the skin. This heightened circulation can lead to a number of noticeable healing effects in the body.

By boosting the immune system and reducing inflammation, gua sha practitioners help those in their care cope with various conditions, including:

Pain and stiffness

Fever and chill

Neck and back pain

Flu and bronchitis

Earaches

Migraine headaches

Allergic inflammation

Asthma, coughing, and wheezing

Nausea.

This healing technique helps to move stagnation and increase blood flow. It can be used on scars and cellulite to smooth and break up blockages.
